In the US, full-service custom market research firm 360 Market Reach has promoted Tracey Berkenbush to the role of Vice President of Research, and Stephen Ierardi to Director of Client Development.
Founded in 2009, 360 Market Reach specializes in support for product development, brand positioning and planning, as well as marketing and messaging. Last year, the firm launched a solution called 360 IDEAvate, combining consumer insights and targeted social media influencer feedback to support product development initiatives.
Berkenbush joined early last year as a Senior Director, having previously been Group Director at Mai Research, where she worked for nearly twelve years. Earlier, she was Assistant VP at Synovate Healthcare, and a Manager at IRI. Ierardi joined the business in 2019 as Client Relations Manager, after co-founding and serving as Head of Marketing at Breaking Borders, and Director of Sales at ThriveTracker. In his new role, he will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring an internal sales team to drive new client growth.
