Touchstone Research
In the US, consumer insights firm Touchstone Research has promoted three employees to Senior Research Manager and three to Research Manager.
Branford, CT-based Touchstone, which also has teams in Los Angeles, Austin, Denver, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, offers individual services like questionnaire design, survey programing and qualitative recruiting, as well as full service ad hoc quant and qual studies. The firm also builds and manages custom online research panels and insight communities, and conducts ethnography and digital research, mobile app/game testing, and kids and families research. Last year, it hired fourteen new employees, bringing headcount to more than 40.
Samantha Leaman (qual), Kyle Morrison (quant) and Maegan Juul (qual recruitment) have all been promoted to Senior Research Manager. Leaman joined in 2013 as Consumer Insights Analyst Intern, Morrison in 2014 as Junior Consumer Insight Analyst, and Juul in 2015 as a Market Research Intern. In addition, Andrea Boulden, Adam LaCroix and Danelle Pampinella have been promoted to Research Manager.
