McorpCX
San Francisco-based customer and employee experience solutions firm McorpCX has hired Chirag Gandhi for its newly created role as Chief Technology Officer, leading the firm's digital solutions business, and helping drive innovation in customer and employee listening, analysis, and insights.
McorpCX specialises in customer, employee, and digital experience strategy, services and solutions to help organizations sell to, serve, and engage with their audiences. Gandhi (pictured) joins from conglomerate Grupo Salinas, where as Chief Architect and Head of Planning & Innovation, he led digital transformation in customer experience, cloud, agile and architecture. Prior to this, he was Chief Technology Officer at multinational information technology services and consulting company Mphasis.
In his new role, Gandhi will also help expand the company's technical capabilities.
