In the US, data-driven digital performance ad solutions provider Digital Media Solutions (DMS) has appointed Richard Rodick as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Vasundara Srenivas who has stepped down to 'pursue new career goals'.
DMS' first-party data asset, proprietary advertising technology, proprietary media distribution, and data-driven processes, helping digital advertising clients 'de-risk' their advertising spend while scaling their customer bases. In May, the firm acquired Traverse Data, which uses data and technology to generate new customers for advertisers through an audience activation, re-engagement and retargeting platform.
Rodick (pictured) joins with two decades of financial executive experience. He previously served in executive roles for Telus International and Broadridge Financial Solutions, and his background includes execution of financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and acquisition valuation.
