Touchstone Research
Full-service MR and consumer insights firm Touchstone Research (TSR) has promoted Kate Franzis to the role of Senior Manager - Technology & Strategy in its Quantitative Research division.
Branford, CT-based Touchstone offers a full range of services from questionnaire design, survey programing and qualitative recruiting, to ad hoc quant and qual studies. The firm also builds and manages custom online research panels and insight communities, and conducts ethnography and digital research, mobile app/game testing, and kids and families research.
Franzis (pictured) joined in 2015, and most recently served as Senior Project Director. Earlier she worked at the US House of Representatives, in the Office of Congressman Jim Himes, as a legislative intern, having previously served as Expense Report Analyst at Boston College Service Center. Her new role includes expanding TSR's research service offerings and toolkit, as well as integrating new technologies into the research process, in order to streamline and optimize the firm's systems.
