QualSights

Lori McInerney Chicago-based insights tech firm QualSights has appointed Lori McInerney as Chief Marketing Officer.

QualSights is a tech platform blending quant and qual consumer research and collecting off-line behavioural data with a combination of in-context video and passive IoT (Internet of Things) sensors. In November, the firm raised $7.7m in a Series A round of funding, and it recently appointed former Nielsen CEO Mitch Barns and Comscore co-founder Gian Fulgoni to its Board.

McInerney joins with more than 22 years of marketing experience. Most recently, she was CMO of performance marketing platform UPshow, leading its go-to-market strategy, including corporate marketing, content and SEO, product marketing, PR and events, inbound, customer intelligence and sales enablement functions. Prior to this, she was the CMO at digital ocular telemedicine platform Visibly, and she spent more than a decade at CareerBuilder in a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles.
