Orchard
In Chicago, social media-based MR firm Orchard has appointed three people to its Board of Directors: Rachel Moore, Matthew Tumbleson and Jeremy Wall. The expansion follows a recent round of investment.
Founded in 2018, Orchard uses behavioral data and predictive analytics to run new product concept and marketing message tests 'in the wild', getting clients 'as close to real consumer mindsets as possible'. Its proprietary Orchard Index score is used to benchmark results from social media testing against a decade of industry norms.
Moore is a Partner at Goldilocks and former CMO of Clio Snacks, where she led a transformation from a regional yogurt bar business to a nationally recognized snack brand. She brings extensive experience in brand strategy, product innovation and consumer engagement, and has also worked in leadership roles at E&J Gallo Winery, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
Tumbleson is an experienced Chief Growth Officer, from firms including high-growth startups and Fortune 100 companies - he has led teams responsible for P&L exceeding $100m and executed multi-channel strategies at companies like Procter & Gamble, GrubHub, Rappi, and General Assembly.
Wall has more than fifteen years' experience advising C-suites and boards, from companies including NielsenIQ and Stax. He brings an understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing, M&A, and analytics-driven decision-making.
