Nunwood Takes 'Fizz' to Big Apple

UK-based agency Nunwood is rolling out its 'Fizz' knowledge management solution in the US later this month. The system provides clients with a single information depository for gathering, consolidating, and aggregating data from across the enterprise.

Fizz allows internal information to be pooled with data fed in by the client's supplier agencies such as research reports, media buying stats, ad trackers and competitor data, regardless of format or platform. In addition to indexing and presentation formatting functions, the system can suggest and connect users with similar interests, based on the content they are interested in within the system.

Fizz comprises four modules:
  • Fizz Library allows businesses to centrally organise their knowledge base, and automatically communicate to users as new, relevant information becomes available.
  • Fizz Reporter enables the delivery of pre-defined reports and analytics within hours of data collection.
  • Fizz Dashboard provides a single, drill-down resource for business metrics, spanning multiple systems from research, to sales, share performance or CRM.
  • Fizz Communities offering a full range of discussion, blogging and task-orientated tools.
