MedeQual Rolls Out Qual Video Streaming Service
In the UK, online medical data collection agency Medefield has launched a qual service which uses video streaming to provide global access to respondents.
Medefield provides online fieldwork services to pharmaceutical market research, consulting and healthcare communication agencies. The firm is now using audio and video technology to access its international community of more than 450,000 physicians, in order to connect clients, moderators and respondents across the world.
Group President Asif Javed explains: 'Often qualitative physician market research is conducted in studio facilities across a few major cities - this severely restricts recruitment of physicians with respect to finding those who are relevant and willing to travel at a given time.'
Javed says the firm's new solution enables its clients to reach a much broader group of physicians and moderators in a more flexible manner.
