Itracks Opens Moderator Feedback Forum

In Canada, data collection specialist Itracks has launched an online forum where moderators can learn, discuss and generate ideas about qualitative research.

The new Online Moderator Community is open to all moderators, who will receive their own account and training, as well as 24/7 support.

'It is vital that we take world class moderators with us into this incredible new communications era,' said CEO Dan Weber. 'The Itracks Online Moderator Community is designed to do just that and it will be a win-win situation for both us and the people who get involved.'

The Community will operate across a wide range of industry sectors including agriculture, construction, energy, technology, financial, consumer packaged goods, retail, telecommunications, medical, travel, transport and government.

Saskatoon-based Itracks was founded in 1996 and now has additional offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and California.

In January, the firm updated its Bulletin Board Focus Group software with an additional language option, and user enhancements for both moderators and respondents.
