Sundquist Leaves The Leading Edge

In Australia, Mark Sundquist is standing down from his post as Chief Executive Officer of consumer insight consultancy The Leading Edge (TLE), after 14 years with the company.

Since his promotion in 2006, Sundquist has overseen the expansion of the firm from a domestic business operating in Sydney and Melbourne into an expanding global operation with offices in Singapore and London.

Previously TLE's Sydney MD, Sundquist was appointed CEO shortly after the business was sold to Photon.

Chairman Nigel Long will take over Sundquist's responsibilities while a global search is conducted for a replacement.

'It is now time for me to hand over the reins to someone else to drive the business forward,' said Sundquist. 'I leave the business knowing it is well placed for continued success, with a great leadership team, the best talent in the industry, a client base to envy and a vibrant culture and brand.'
