iQ Content Opens Usability Studio in Dublin
In Ireland, web consultancy iQ Content has opened a purpose built usability studio where web, Internet and advertising firms will be able to conduct market research.
The new iQ Studio is suitable for usability testers, focus groups and market researchers to test web sites, products and ads.
Equipment enables observers to watch the facial expressions of individual users browsing a web site, or the collective reactions of a group. Features include a one-way mirror, ceiling mounted camera, and audio and video recording equipment.
Managing Director Morgan McKeagney commented: 'We're long-term advocates of user-centred design and look forward to helping companies get closer to their customers. Ultimately we hope the research done in the iQ Studio leads to better Irish products, services and experiences for all.'
Dublin-based iQ Content, which was founded in 2001, specialises in web strategy, and user-centred design, content and analytics.
