Middle Eastern Panel 'First'

Online sampling and panel company Research Now has announced what it describes as 'the first B2B and Affluent Consumer panels in the Middle East'.

The firm says it will continue by launching new panels in additional countries in the coming months, working with other Middle East business partners.

MR in the Gulf States has one of the fastest growth rates in the world, nearly doubling in size over the last three years according to the latest ESOMAR figures.

CEO Chris Havemann calls the launch 'another major step in our continued global expansion' and adds: 'With the addition of these Middle East panels, launched in partnership with Emirates Airlines, we provide our clients a window into a fast-growing region that is of high interest to many corporations today.'

Nader Kobeissi, Research Now's VP of Client Development, Middle East, says the decision reflects 'the vibrancy of the economies of the Middle East and the need for quality research sample from this region'. He believes that 'Growth opportunities for the research industry in the Middle East are vast'.

Research Now was acquired at the end of last year by e-Rewards, Inc., and the combined group now boasts more than 6 million panelists in 36 countries around the globe. Staff in 20 offices worldwide serve more than 2,000 clients.
