Ipsos Poland CEO Leaves after Just 9 Months

Ipsos Poland has promoted Jacek Otffinowski to the position of CEO, succeeding Dinko Svetopetric who has left the firm to 'pursue alternative career plans' after just 9 months in the role. The firm has also promoted Steven Vogt to the role of Director.

Jacek OtffinowskiSvetopetric joined Ipsos Poland in January 2009, and assumed full management of the company last June. He joined from GfK HealthCare in London where he was General Manager; before this he managed GfK subsidiaries in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Croatia, and worked as General Manager of GfK Consumer Tracking Division Central and Eastern Europe.

His replacement, Otffinowski, joined the group in 2003, since when he has helped set up the Polish branch of Ipsos ASI, and built an ad research division which supports both global and local clients.

His previous ad agency background includes spells as MD and CEO of Wunderman, General Manager of Tequilla, Client Services Director at Euro RSCG and Account Manager at DMB&B.

Vogt, who joined Ipsos ASI in 2006, was previously an Associate Director. He has a 20-year background in marketing, and previously held senior positions at ad agencies Euro RSCG and DDB, and worked client side as MD of EdenSprings and Novum Cryobank.
