Upgrade for InSite's Data Management Platform

Vancouver-based InSite Information Systems Corporation has announced a new release of its on-demand, multi-channel customer data management suite, including support for mobile surveys.

The family of applications was launched in 2006. In addition to usability and productivity improvements CDM 10, the latest release, introduces new features including an updated user-interface with enhanced navigation, design, and help functions; updated reporting functionality, pulling data into a single report from multiple applications; enhanced conditional logic for building questionnaires; and a new Mobile Mode feature to ensure surveys render well on iPhone and Blackberry devices.

CTO Daniel Miller says the firm 'spent a lot of time and effort of getting the little things right', over two years, with extensive customer consultation and observation. 'We've always been customer driven and version 10 was completely designed around feedback from our customers.' Miller says CDM can get complicated quickly, and the firm has a philosophy of keeping it simple, letting customers solve one problem at a time.

InSite Systems has offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and offers products for feedback and data collection, panel management, data processing, analysis and reporting. Web site: www.insitesystems.com .
