Innerscope Expands to West Coast

Biometrics and emotion measurement specialist Innerscope Research has opened a West Coast office in Los Angeles in response to increasing demand, and announced three appointments in support of the opening.

Former Nielsen Online VP of Advertiser Sales Bill Stephenson joins as SVP of Sales & Client Services. He brings more than 16 years of industry experience: prior to Nielsen, he was a project manager for in-vehicle technology at Ford Motor Company's Lincoln Brand Marketing Division; and before this he worked in consumer affairs, market research and planning roles at Nissan North America. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Emily Hardy is promoted to Account Director. She joined the company in 2008 and has grown key client relationships with work on print and online studies and on the firm's first multi-platform industry study, conducted with the Television Bureau of Canada in 2009. She holds a B.A. in both Psychology and Communications from Boston College.

Marjan Massoudian also joins the west coast office as a Senior Market Research Consultant. A specialist in concept testing, marketing strategy development and Internet ad testing, she worked previously as Vice President with the V.E.R.T. Group, using advanced biometric methodologies to understand consumer emotional response in entertainment and CPG markets. She also worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Nielsen NRG with client across all the major movie studios. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business,and a B.S. in English Literature from UCLA.

Dr. Carl Marci, Innerscope CEO and Chief Scientist says the move allows the firm to provide the hands-on service and experience to a growing list of clients and partners across the country and particularly on the West Coast.
