Kinesis Updates Survey and Panel Management Software
Austin, Texas-based Kinesis Survey Technologies has launched version 3.0 of its scalable, multi-platform survey and panel management software Kinesis Panel™.
New features, which have been developed using feedback from clients, include a campaign manager interface; the ability to append project specific data to samples; an advanced email SPAM scoring system; expanded querying and dynamic multilingual execution options.
Kinesis will also be making their APIs available to allow customers to customize and integrate the software into their own system, and give access to Kinesis Community Portal™, a multimode portal that enables the creation of both online and mobile community web sites where panellists can access surveys, redeem incentives and manage account settings.
According to CTO Juha Vehnia: 'Kinesis utilizes the valuable input of our customers and prospective customers to ensure that Kinesis Panel™ remains on the cutting-edge of panel management functionality.'
The firms already offers project monitoring through touchscreen mobile phones and functionality for interactive voice response developed in conjunction with IVR specialists CMR Research.
