Revelation Launches Mobile Tool
Online and mobile qual research software provider Revelation has released the official version of its 'Revelation Mobile' solution, which allows consumers to capture and record their behavior in real-time.
 Revelation develops web-based research systems that combine ethnography with the reach of the Internet, to provide a 360-degree view of customers. Its new Revelation Mobile app - which was launched in beta in May - runs on the iPhone and iPad, and ensures all mobile activities are recorded, aggregated and can be integrated into overall study results.
The system has been developed to capture participants' activities 'on the go', record shopping processes as they happen, and log users' experiences with iPhone and iPad apps.
'Revelation Mobile makes it easy for researchers to do true 'in the moment' research,' states CEO Steve August. 'Whether it's a mobile diary, capturing shopping experiences, or better understanding iPhone and iPad user experiences.'
