Appointments and Move for Quick Test/Heakin

US qual and quant data collection agency Quick Test/Heakin has relocated its West Oaks Mall facility in Houston to new premises, where it has appointed Denise Bryant as Manager. The firm has also announced a number of promotions and appointments.

The company offers a range of mall-based qual and field services, as well as questionnaire design and programming, in-store and on-site interviews, project management, cross-tabs, coding and data analysis. It also conducts telephone and in-depth executive and B2B interviews. Earlier in the year, it opened a 'kiosk' data collection center in the Queens Center Shopping Mall in Elmhurst, New York.

The company has promoted Kelly Parsons to the post of Senior Manager, 3Q Research Solutions, after a 13-year career with the firm. Since joining, Parsons has served as a Supervisor in the Louis Joliet mall office, as well as in the North Riverside and Spring Hill operations.

Jessica Gruber has also joined the 3Q team as Project/Sales Assistant. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Marketing Research Analyst at Profile Marketing Research.

Susan Vincent has been promoted to Vice President, Account Management, after working in the market research industry for more than 23 years - all but one of them with Quick Test/Heakin. She originally served as Coordinator at its Olympia Fields office, before moving to the corporate HQ in Jupiter, Florida.

Khristine Layne has become Manager of the Atlanta Gwinnet mall-based facility, after nine years at the company. She originally worked at the Georgia facility.

Lastly Christopher (CJ) Salazar joins the Woodbridge mall-based facility with more than four years' market research experience, spent managing projects and staff.

Iris Blaine, who is Director, 3Q Research Solutions, congratulated the staff concerned and wished them well in their new positions.
