Imperium Upgrades Multiple Panel Verification Tool

MR technology firm Imperium has upgraded its Verity product, to provide an improved understanding of the impact that belonging to multiple panels has on respondent data quality.

Marshall HarrisonImperium's Verity system compares respondent demographics to multiple databases, in order to confirm identity data such as name, address and date of birth. It has been designed to help reduce fraud, and provides a six-point 'V-Score' system that enables users to 'accept' or 'reject' potentially fraudulent individuals.

The upgrade, which provides clients with a unique global survey respondent ID (Verity ID - or VID) for validated respondents, has been launched to provide insight into overall survey participation.

'This service will enable Verity clients to understand how often their respondents participate in all surveys,' states founder and CEO, Marshall Harrison. 'Not only can this information be used to make more informed decisions about data quality and get a better sense of the respondents' overall behavior, it can also be used to support the industry's understanding of the impact frequency of survey participation may have on data quality.'

Imperium recently launched Verity+, which enables clients to obtain up to twelve points of demographic data for validated individuals.
