FocusVision Launches Mobile MR Video Streaming

FocusVision - which provides online video transmission and analysis for qual market research - has launched a new service which delivers live video streaming to mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.

The firm provides video transmission solutions for venues including focus group facilities, in-homes and shop a-longs, and video-enabled online focus groups using web cams.

Its new 'Mobile Streaming' service has been developed to enable iPad users to receive video of their research projects through their mobile devices, including the ability for real-time chat with respondents. iPhone users will receive a more limited feed with video only, as the screen size is too small to accommodate the full interface.

'Mobile device streaming is a nice complement to our core offering,' states CEO Eric Grosgogeat (pictured). 'Our clients are thrilled by the new development and are even willing to pay a small up charge for this added flexibility.'
