Opinionmeter Upgrades Mobile Survey Software

Customer feedback solutions provider Opinionmeter International has upgraded its TouchPoint Mobile survey app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, adding features for incentives, multiple languages and resuming surveys after interruption, among others.

The firm is focused on customer survey software used on a wide range of mobile devices including mobile phones, tablets, iPods and survey kiosk devices as well as online surveys.

The resume feature allows respondents to pause their survey to take incoming phone calls and messages, and then pick up later where they left off. A new 'Quiz and Winning Number feature' allows businesses to incentivize respondents and employees for survey participation, with those answering correctly notified at the end of the survey.

New features also include the ability to randomize response scales for single and multiple response questions; survey completion off-line where no Internet connection exists - for later transmission when the link resumes; and an improved interface for recording verbatim comments in the customer's own voice, along with picture and video attachments.

CEO Morgan Strickland comments: 'The current mobile device hardware revolution has provided Opinionmeter with the ideal platform for our device-independent survey software strategy. We are committed to taking full advantage of the opportunities the latest mobile platforms afford our developers in delivering a rich and interactive survey experience.'
