QuestBack Buys Globalpark
Norwegian online survey technology firm QuestBack has acquired and will merge with German panel and survey software firm Globalpark. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is expected that the joint company will exceed turnover of EUR 40 million within its first year of operation.
 QuestBack provides Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) and online surveys for data collection, analysis and follow-up from its HQ in Oslo and 17 offices around the globe. Last October, the firm acquired Finnish data collection software specialist Digium Oy, which develops browser-based data collection and feedback management services.
Globalpark provides panel, community and corporate feedback management solutions, and last year launched Social Insight Connect, a tool for gathering feedback via Facebook.
QuestBack says the merger will extend its own presence and expertise in the EFM market, and that Globalpark's established presence in the US will provide an 'excellent starting point' for its own expansion there.

A key goal is to develop our social media and Social CRM offerings, and Globalpark will help us achieve this.'
