Tpoll Adds Focus Group Tool
UK-based agency Tpoll has unveiled an online focus group tool, Tqual Live, integrated with the company's Tqual Bulletin Board and community.
The firm already provides a suite of quant, qual and community management tools. Tqual Live is built on software developed in house and runs in multiple European languages, allowing for international and cross-regional groups, typically of up to 12 people. Tpoll says the product can be client-branded, show images in any format and stream any media format.
CEO Mark Ursell says the new tool offers low cost and high speed, but also 'gives clients the opportunity to participate and steer the group according to what they need to know, in real time and without interruption'. Group members are 'less at risk of being influenced by the one or two natural leaders', and, he adds, the product can 'route directly to a Tqual Bulletin Board so the discussion can be continued after the group has ended.'
