Voxco Debuts New Survey Platform

Voxco has announced a new online survey software platform, Acuity4Survey, which it says combines faster creation and deployment of surveys with an emphasis on engaging and visually-rich content, thereby boosting response rates.

The new platform is said to combine a powerful survey scripting engine with a new approach in user interface design. Productivity tools in Acuity4 Survey include logic checking, WYSIWYG editing and translation of questionnaires; email invitation and management functions; and a quick reporting feature.

Montreal, Canada-based Voxco will be showcasing the new software at this week's ESOMAR Congress 2011 in Amsterdam. It also offers a social media monitoring and insights solution, Acuity4 Social.

President and CEO Louis Lessard says the new release fills the gap between the ease of DIY survey products and the 'power and sophistication found in industry-leading market research survey software'. He adds: 'This new product is the answer to the multiple requests we received from enterprises and research firms related to soundness of survey features on the one hand and the need for uncomplicated, day-to-day utilization of such products on the other.'
