Brunswick Expands in Asia Pac

PR and research firm Brunswick Group has opened a third Chinese office in Shanghai, and appointed two un-named 'senior individuals' to expand its investor relations and research capabilities in Hong Kong.

Alan ParkerWith a staff of nearly 500 people, the Group offers opinion research through its Brunswick Research division, which recently appointed former BritainThinks' Research Lead David Ashton as Account Director in Hong Kong. The Group's other services include corporate and financial communications, investor relations and internal communications.

The new Shanghai office has been set up by Po Ling Cheung, who joins as a Partner from KPMG spin-off KCS where she was Group Director, Business Development. Before this, she worked for investment bank Morgan Stanley for more than nine years, as Executive Director and co-Head of Corporate Communications for Asia Pacific.

In addition, Senior Partner Cindy Leggett-Flynn has moved to Hong Kong from the firm's New York office, with an Asia-wide remit. Before joining the company, Leggett-Flynn served as US Head of Communications for biotech specialist Chiroscience Group.
