SimpleUsability Expands and Recruits

In the UK, behavioural research and usability consultancy SimpleUsability has announced the addition of a new laboratory and observation room to its Leeds office, and the appointment of Steven Lilley as Head of Technology.

Judith, Guy and StevenThe company says the new facilities have doubled its office space and trebled its capacity for new projects. In addition to its existing eye tracking and EEG technology it has installed HD flat screen televisions, games consoles and what it claims to be 'the most advanced eye tracking glasses currently available in the world.' It is also planning to recruit further personnel to augment the existing ten-strong lab team.

Lilley who will be responsible for 'creating a wide range of systems including developing one-off software for neuro-analysis and other specialist research', previously worked in several IT roles for Calderdale MBC.
