Jamie LernerFounded in 2006, Truviso provides Visitor Insight & Analytics software covering hundreds of audience segments, and brings together measurement of visitor interactions across web sites, social media, ad servers, video, mobile and online marketing campaigns.

Cisco said in a statement that the buy will further strengthen its own network management platform, Cisco Prime, with the technology to gather and analyze streaming data. Following the acquisition, the Truviso team will be integrated into the Cisco Network Management Technology Group.
