London Office for solutions-2

Belgian-based advanced analytics solutions-2 has announced the opening of an office in London, led by Paul Strange, who will join the firm in July from GfK NOP.

Paul StrangeThe new office will be based in the headquarters of healthcare agency and Cello subsidiary Insight Research Group, with whom solutions-2 will work closely.

Strange brings more than fifteen years of experience in advanced analytics & research consultancy, in roles including Head of Marketing Science and Advanced Analytics at Harris Interactive. He will be joined in London by Moira Verbelen, currently Statistical Analyst at solutions-2's Belgian office; and by two further planned recruits by the end of the year.

solutions-2 was founded in 2002 by Nicole Huyghe, who previously worked as a statistical consultant for Procter & Gamble in Brussels and for NOP and Morpace in London. Just two months ago the firm announced it had re-located to new offices close to Ooidonk Castle in Bachte-Maria-Leerne, near Ghent, with capacity for up to sixteen staff.

Huyghe comments: 'With so many clients based in the UK it was a logical step to open a second office and to build a team there. We are very pleased to have Paul on board whose level of expertise in research and statistical consultancy will definitely add value for our clients and our entire team, as well as further developing our Consultancy-2 offering'.

The two offices will offer the same services, including a recently-launched social media mining service.
