Senior Additions for uSamp Board

IAG Research founder Alan Gould has joined the Board of online sampling and technology company uSamp, along with Sean Moriaty, who is the former CEO of Ticketmaster.

Alan GouldGould is a Venture Partner with Greycroft Partners and currently serves on the boards of Crowd Computing Software and Netsertive. He was also a recent board member of campaign optimisation technology firm Vizu, which was acquired by Nielsen earlier this month; and serves on the boards of Harris Interactive and the READ Alliance.

He co-founded TV audience measurement specialist IAG Research in 2000, and sold the company to Nielsen eight years later. He then served as co-CEO of what was then called Nielsen IAG, and latterly worked as CEO of Nielsen's Advertiser Solutions unit.

Moriarty currently serves as Chairman of two LA-based technology companies, Triton Digital and Metacloud, and serves on the Board of Directors at Eventbrite and TuneIn. He was previously President and CEO of Ticketmaster, where he spent nearly ten years.

Matt Dusig, co-founder & CEO of uSamp, welcomed the new directors to the Board, adding: 'Alan and Sean both have years of experience managing and leading companies, and we look forward to the contributions and unique perspective they will bring to uSamp to help us grow.'
