Firefish Grows Quant Team

London-based consumer agency Firefish has expanded its quant team with four new appointments, including Paul Harvey as a Director, plus Jen Culby, Tom Birch and Louise Dinesen.

Jem FawcusThe team is led by former Hall & Partners exec Majbritt Rijs who joined as Head of Quantitative in July.

Harvey brings twelve years' experience in a wide range of sectors and covering pricing, conjoint analysis, branding, customer satisfaction and new product development. He worked previously at Surrey agency Holden Pearmain, managing a team of more than twenty researchers.

Culby joins as a Quantitative AD and is a former DunnHumby Research Director. During her dozen years in research she also worked at Harris Interactive and Smith-Dahmer Associates, in sectors including FMCG, healthcare and durables.

Birch joins from Millward Brown where he spent seven years working in brand, communications and media research. And takes the title of Research Manager. Also leaving MB is Dinesen, who brings two years' experience to the role of RE, including FMCG, finance, automotive and alcohol sectors.

In just under thirteen years, Firefish has grown to a staff of 62, including its specialist children and family agency The Pineapple Lounge, and research video company Firefilms. The group moved to larger premises in London in July 2011 and opened an office in Amsterdam in February this year.
