Research Runner Adds Cost Management Service

UK-based Research Runner - the MR support agency set up by former Opinion Health sales specialist Julian Haste - has formed a joint venture with cost management specialist Auditel, aiming to help clients increase their sales and reduce costs.

Research Runner was launched two years ago to offer business development consultancy services to market research firms. The company also helps with sourcing quotes for qual and quant projects, assisting on all methodologies for fieldwork including recruitment for focus groups and panels, and building online communities and panels.

Through the new joint venture, the company will offer access to Auditel's consultancy services, which are aimed at managing business expenditure and overheads in order to improve profitability. The pair say their partnership is suitable for companies with a turnover above £1m, but can also be used to help businesses with a lower turnover.
