GMI Launches Tracking Survey Checker

Panel and research software firm GMI has launched a consultative service called Re-Track, to enable clients to determine areas for improvement in the structure and design of their tracking surveys.

Jon PulestonKantar-owned GMI offers consumer panels, survey technology and solutions from US offices in Bellevue, WA, Boston and Los Angeles, as well as operations in Hong Kong, London, Munich, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, Den Bosch in the Netherlands, Sydney, Tokyo and Vancouver.

Currently available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the new Re-Track service provides a consultative approach to help clients examine how their trackers are performing, and suggest ways they can be improved in terms of the quality of data they collect, and in their overall efficiency.

The service will be delivered by a team led by GMI's VP Innovation Jon Puleston (pictured) (www.mrweb.com/mrt/jpuleston.htm ).

Martin Filz, EMEA CEO, comments: 'We hear from our clients frequently that they want to update their trackers but are reluctant to take on what they perceive as a difficult and lengthy task. Our Re-Track service takes the pain out of the process and makes it easy for clients to be confident their trackers are meeting their objectives.'
