Touchstone Hires J&J's Lacey to Lead Shopper Unit

In the UK, shopper and leisure sector research consultancy Touchstone Partners has appointed former Johnson & Jonson director Sarah Lacey as Head of its Shopper Consultancy division.

Sarah LaceyOxford-based Touchstone conducts a range of studies across the DIY, new media, leisure and tourism, and retail sectors, including branding/image research, competitor studies, customer satisfaction research and market potential studies.

Lacey (pictured) was most recently Johnson & Johnson's Senior Director, Global Shopper Marketing, leading cross-functional and cross-country teams to develop global activation plans for the consumer healthcare/baby businesses. During her more than eighteen years with the firm, she also held a number of other roles including Global Director, Global Category Solutions/Shopper Marketing, and Head of UK Category Solutions. She began her career with AGB, before moving to Nielsen, where she latterly served as Business Manager Trade Relations.
