Foresee Launches SessionReplay for Mobile

Online customer experience specialist Foresee has launched an SaaS tool called 'SessionReplay for Mobile', to help organisations see how mobile users are interacting with their sites and apps.

The tool provides video replays of the actual navigation motions of real users, allowing clients to relive their site visitors' experiences. It also produces heatmaps to help analyse whether individual navigational 'struggles' are representative of broader issues, and identify and resolve any issues.

Client teams can then annotate replays with comments, and replay sessions can then be distributed securely as links via e-mail, so stakeholders throughout an organisation can see issues and agree on necessary actions.
