'Angry MR Client' Joins Agency

Former Philips exec Oana Stroie has been revealed as the voice behind the Angry_MR_Client Twitter account as she joins Cello-owned co-creation agency Face as an Account Manager. Former NM Incite director Erika Ammerman has also joined the firm, as Head of Social Media Research.

Oana Stroie and Erika AmmermanStroie set up Angry_MR_Client to provide a platform though which clients can air their grievances about the market research agencies they employ. Before joining Face, she led innovation research projects at Philips Consumer Lifestyle in Amsterdam, where she earlier held competitor and market intelligence roles. In her new position, Stroie will act as the 'voice of the client in the agency', in a role which will involve challenging how things can be done better for clients.

Ammerman joins from NM Incite, the joint venture between Nielsen and McKinsey, where she served as Research Director for Europe. At Face, she will be responsible for leading all social media research accounts, while managing and growing the social media research team.

Andrew Needham, founding partner and CEO of Face, says the appointments come at 'an incredibly exciting time at Face', which has recently opened offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York.
