CMI Names Beth Rounds Chief Operating Officer

US full service agency CMI has hired industry veteran Beth Rounds for its newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for sales, marketing, client services, operations and product development, as well as corporate strategy formulation and execution.

Beth RoundsCMI was founded in 1989 and in addition to analytical services and technologies, offers a full range of qual and quant research for clients in consumer and B2B markets.

Rounds (pictured) joins with a 25 year background in the market research industry. Most recently, she was a Partner at Cambiar, the management consultancy dedicated to the market research industry, where she led the firm's Marketing and Product Consulting Practice. Prior to this, she held senior positions at MarketTools, Greenfield Online and GfK Custom Research, and is known for her expertise in research into company branding, positioning and product marketing.

In her new role, Rounds is also responsible for driving CMI's revenue growth, while ensuring further penetration of the company's products and services into existing and targeted new client markets.
