Nunwood Client Wins Fuel Recruitment Drive

Customer experience management consultancy Nunwood has appointed twelve new members of staff at its London and Sydney offices, on the back of several new business wins from clients including British Airways and the Post Office in the UK and Suncorp Bank & Insurance in Australia.

Qual specialist Victoria Gamble has been appointed Insight Manager in Sydney, to work on a variety of retail and services projects. She previously ran her own freelance qual research service WorkINProgress Qualitative Research for three years, was a Qualitative Consultant at BDRC Jones Donald, and served as Senior Qualitative Consultant at TNS Australia, where she worked for nearly six years. Gamble began her career as a Project Manager at Market & Communications Research in Brisbane.

Helen Brown takes on the London-based role of Senior Insight Executive, after serving as Senior Research Executive at MMR Research Worldwide, and as an RE at TNS and at Conquest Research.

Serene Chan relocates from Hong Kong to join the London team as Senior Insight Executive. She has five years' research experience gained at Ferrero International and Synovate.

Matthew Fletcher joins the London team as Project Account Director, after nearly five years at TNS as Senior Project Manager and two years at Kantar Operations in a similar role.
