Spectral Acquires Monitr
Venture capital firm Spectral Capital Corporation has acquired majority control of Monitr, a semantic processing and data analytics platform for the financial services sector. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
 Monitr will integrate semantic processing, data analytics, real-time search and machine learning into one solution, and will be marketed to the financial industry next year.
