Former CfMC MD Joins Kinesis
US-based survey and panel management software firm Kinesis Survey Technologies has appointed former CfMC Managing Director Daniele Pizzocchero to lead its European Customer Support team.
 Headquartered in Austin, TX, with a European presence in London, Kinesis develops survey and panel management software for all modes of interviewing, including web and mobile platforms.
Pizzocchero (pictured) joins with a background working in support and consultancy roles for research technology companies. Most recently, he served as MD of marketing research software firm CfMC, where he had previously held technical support roles. In between, he was a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant for commuter fare payment specialist Vix Technology.
Welcoming Pizzocchero to the new role, Tariq Mirza, Kinesis' MD of Europe, comments: 'The depth of knowledge Daniele brings to the Kinesis proposition, in terms of advanced technical support and in depth client services offerings, like advance survey programming and hosted/managed panels, will be invaluable.'
