TinyHR Debuts CLIENTpulse Tracking Tool

Startup TinyHR has launched an employee research and sentiment analysis tool called CLIENTpulse, to enable organizations to conduct simple surveys to gain insights into their clients.

David NiuTinyHR was set up in 2012 by serial entrepreneur David Niu (pictured) who previously founded online consumer behavior tracking firm NetConversions, later sold to online ad firm Aquantive. His new company's flagship employee survey and sentiment analysis tool, TINYpulse, enables organizations to survey staff individually on a weekly basis, and then compare responses with their colleagues across the organization. While the content of the questionnaire changes weekly, each month employees are invited to respond to standard 'baseline questions' that can be tracked over time.

The new CLIENTpulse solution builds on TINYpulse, to enable organizations to gain regular online customer feedback, highlight which clients are 'at risk' and which are happiest, and benchmark results against other organizations. By capturing anonymous feedback from clients, TinyHR says the tool can reveal insights, trends and opportunities to 'improve retention, culture, and results'.

Niu comments: 'Even for our own offering, I craved consistent client feedback to continually improve. However, the online options we used to survey our clients didn't send automated reminders, didn't schedule regular pulses, and didn't present the insights in an easy manner to share within our organization. This helped inspire CLIENTpulse.'
