TNS Names Dham Operations Leader in India

TNS has named former Ipsos ops leader Hemant Dham as Executive Director of Operations in India, based in Mumbai.

Dham (pictured), who has more than 20 years' experience in the research industry, re-joins TNS from Ipsos in India, where for the past three years, he served as Executive Director - Operations (a role now filled by Deepak Garkhel). Prior to this, he served as VP - Operations at TNS, and as an AD at Nielsen India, where he worked for thirteen years in positions that included co-ordinating field operations across South Asia.

In his new post, Hemant will lead the operations teams across India, and report to Chhavi Bhargava, India MD; and Vishy Rajagopal S, Regional Director, Operations, TNS Asia Pacific, who comments: 'Hemant joins TNS at a time when we are ready to redefine and completely digitalise data collection across geographies. This appointment is key to achieving our overall strategy and Hemant's sharp focus on quality and client service will be an asset to the organisation.'
