Hall & Partners Hires Talent Acquisition Specialist

London-based brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners has appointed former Kantar Group/Millward Brown recruitment consultant Estelle Shepherd as Global Head of People, with a remit to 'hire the best talent' and support and develop careers.

Shepherd (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience. Most recently, she ran her own consulting business ESworks, prior to which she worked at branding agency Start JudgeGill as Talent Acquisition Consultant, and at concept testing and forecasting software firm Affinova as a European Talent Acquisition specialist. Earlier, she was Head of Executive Search at RP Cushing, Recruitment Director at Kantar, and held senior recruitment roles in Paris at Quorum and MarchFirst.
