Cint Expands in Japan

Panel exchange operator Cint has relocated to new premises in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, where it has appointed Arianne Dumayas as Project and Customer Support Manager.

Arianne DumayasThrough its exchange platform OpinionHUB, Cint offers access to more than ten million respondents in 57 countries, via partnerships with 500 different panel owners including publishers, local media outlets, market research agencies and non-profits. The firm entered the Japanese market in 2011, and now says it has outgrown its previous office there, following 'significant client growth' across Asia, and requires more space to accommodate future team expansion.

Dumayas (pictured) joins from full service agency and consumer panel specialist GAIN Inc, where she served as an Online Researcher, while studying for her PhD at Chuo University. In her new role, she will support clients and manage projects across the region.

Soji Nagano, Sales Director for Cint Japan, comments: 'It is a particularly exciting time for us - during the last six months alone, we have started to work with major strategic partners right across Asia, and witnessed some very interesting trends which we have been able to capitalise on. The market research landscape in Japan has evolved over the last two years and the industry as a whole is taking a much closer look at how it can merge the cost effectiveness of panel sources and sourcing processes while conducting international online studies.'
