Guerin to Lead Ipsos Loyalty in US
Ipsos has promoted Alexandre Guerin to President of Ipsos Loyalty in the US, overseeing the direction of the business across the country. He replaces Matt McNerney, who became US President of Ipsos MarketQuest in January.
Guerin (pictured) has been with Ipsos since 2006, and most recently served as MD of Ipsos Loyalty in France. Prior to this, he was EVP of Ipsos Global Operations and Ipsos Interactive Services, and he spent his first two years at the company as Group Transformation Manager. He began his career at Unilever, before joining management consultancy AT Kearney, where he led the engagement teams.
Ralf Ganzenmueller, CEO of Ipsos Loyalty, comments: 'Alexandre has a proven track record for talent management and delivering on major projects, and has played a key role in pioneering a wealth of digital research techniques, especially enterprise feedback management. But most importantly, he's a hard worker with tremendous passion for what he does.'
Guerin's own old position will be taken by his former deputy Olivier Lagrand, who worked for Synovate in France and the UK before joining Ipsos France in 2010 to lead the industry and services business units.
