20|20 Expands Charlotte Facility
In the US, online qual specialist 20|20 Research has added a fifth focus group room and client suite to its existing facilities in Charlotte, Tennessee; and has recently appointed four new employees.
 The firm, which has other focus group facilities in Nashville and Miami, has enhanced the Charlotte location with a larger suite designed for oversized product displays, mock trials, usability testing, and class room settings. The facility also offers access to a full kitchen and staff who are able to support taste tests, and 20|20 says it plans to hire additional staff next year.
Kathryn Harlan (pictured), CEO of 20|20 Facilities, comments: 'In the past two years, we've seen a 36% growth in revenue, which has necessitated our physical - as well as our recent and pending employee - expansion. That organic growth has come simply from more and more companies, brands and products coming to the Charlotte market to gain a better handle on consumer opinions.'
