New MD for KJT Group
NY-based full service life sciences researcher KJT Group has appointed David Luery, formerly of Phoenix Healthcare, as Managing Director, Global Research.
Luery brings more than twenty-five years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare and consulting industries, with a focus on global research and advanced analytics. At Phoenix Healthcare, a division of Phoenix Marketing International, he was MD / EVP, leading global research activities. Previous roles included senior positions at TNS Healthcare, Intersearch Corporation and Total Research Corporation. Luery holds a BA degree in Economics from Knox College and an AM from the University of Illinois.
The Group was established in 2007 and employs nearly 40 full-time staff in New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and The Netherlands. Plans to open the European office were first announced in September 2012 and then just over a year ago, Finnish pharma researcher Nicola Guerra was hired as Director of European Practice, based in Amsterdam.
