D&B Partners to Help Clients Pick Plums

Business information veteran Dun & Bradstreet has announced a partnership with Lattice Engines, a provider of cloud-based predictive marketing and sales applications, promising clients the ability to identify the customer and prospects 'most ready to buy'.

D&B Partners to Help Clients Pick PlumsD&B's global commercial database contains more than 240 million business records, and its Sales & Marketing Solutions products provide data management capabilities for marketing purposes. Its new San Mateo, CA-based partner Lattice Engines offers a suite of cloud applications combining data on buying signals with advanced predictive analytics to help clients increase conversion rates.

The partners say the new combination will give clients 'cutting-edge lead and account scoring intelligence within the workflow of their CRM applications', and will help sales teams to engage qualified leads and measure performance.

Paul Ballew, D&B's Chief Data and Analytic Officer, comments: 'D&B accumulates and analyzes data from over 30,000 sources, and our customers need help extracting actionable insights from the vast amount of data we provide.
