eDigital Hires Former Ordnance Survey Innovation Head

UK-based digital MR specialist eDigitalResearch has appointed former Ordnance Survey Head of Insights and Product Innovation Liz Ratcliffe as Product Manager in its Product Marketing division.

Liz RatcliffeHampshire-based eDigitalResearch, which was founded by Michelle Fuller and Chris Russell in 1999, offers solutions including customer experience management, voice of the customer feedback, and multichannel consumer insight.

Ratcliffe (pictured), who joins with more than twenty years' marketing and product development experience, began her career at Elsevier Science before moving to JMFG as Head of Business Development. Here she later set up mapping consultancy JMAPS and served as the division's Chief Operations Officer. After this, she worked for Ordnance Survey, latterly as its Head of Market Insights and Product Innovation. More recently, she has been running her own consultancy Springer Strategic Marketing, specialising in market research, strategic marketing, and content management and planning.

In her new role, Ratcliffe will work alongside the rest of the Product Marketing team and the firm's in-house Technical team to further develop the eDigitalResearch platform. She will also provide support and assistance to the current development of the firm's Text Analytics tool, which is due to be released in 2015.
