Eduardo SanchezSan Francisco-based RichRelevance delivers personalized ads to consumers as they shop across the web, in-store and on mobile devices. Results can be measured by page views, repeat visits, cart adds, conversions, geolocation, type of device and more.

Sanchez (pictured) joined in 2013, after a sixteen-year career with business intelligence software firm MicroStrategy, latterly as EVP, Strategic Development, and earlier in roles including EVP, Global Sales; COO; and VP, International Operations. He has also held executive roles at Paris-based Cartesis (acquired by Business Objects in 2007) and Lawson Software (acquired by Infor in 2011).

Pearce, who is a former Taco Bell and Del Monte Foods CMO, and the founder of Adify, joined the RichRelevance Board three years ago. In their new roles, Sanchez and Pearce are tasked with managing and growing the business.

Selinger comments: 'Eduardo's leadership and operational skills will ensure we maximize the company's potential for expanded growth. We're at a perfect inflection point for this transition with a world-class client base, strong performance and an offering that changes the way consumers shop with brands.'
